Michael J. Malloy, Esq.

Michael Joseph Malloy represents clients in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and throughout the state, as well as in Florida and New York, as an attorney with Malloy Law Office. The decades of experience Mr. Malloy has in the criminal law world have earned him guest spots on programs such as 48 Hours, CNN Presents, CBS 60 Minutes, National Public Radio and ABC World News Tonight.

After graduating from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science, Mr. Malloy attended Widener University Delaware Law School and obtained his Juris Doctor. Since then he has earned the title of a Top Lawyer named by Philadelphia Magazine, been given the NAACP Robert C. Wright Freedom Award and received awards from the Delaware County Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Publications such as the Philadelphia Inquirer, the Los Angeles Times, the Chicago Tribune, The New York Times and the Delaware County Daily Times have also highlighted his work. Most recently, Michael Malloy was honored by the Delaware County Community College as Lawyer of the Year.

Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before the United States Supreme Court and the United States Federal Court, Mr. Malloy is actively involved in the legal profession. He is a member of the Delaware County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the American Association for Justice, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Brian P. Malloy, Esq.

Brian Patrick Malloy, Esquire represents clients in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and across the state. As a litigator, Brian has successfully secured verdicts for his clients in misdemeanor and felony jury trials in cases featured in The Daily Times, The Philadelphia Inquirer, and many other publications. 

After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Mount Saint Mary's University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts, Brian earned his law degree at the University of Pittsburgh in 2013 and has been practicing law ever since. 

Brian was selected by the National Criminal Trial Lawyers Association as a top 40 Criminal Lawyers in the country under 40. He has been ranked as a top attorney in The Daily Times for Criminal Law and Trial Litigation, as well as other accolades. 

He is a member of the Delaware County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the American Association for Justice, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Zoe E. Braunstein, Esq.

Zoe Elizabeth Braunstein, Esquire represents clients all across the state of Pennsylvania. Through her years of working with the Malloy Law Firm, Zoe has grown into an enthusiastic and dedicated advocate, ready to fight for the rights of her clients.

Zoe graduated Cum Laude from Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science. Zoe then attended Widener University Delaware Law School where she also graduated Cum Laude. Upon graduation from law school, Zoe was awarded the Dean’s Award for Advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. She was also a committed member of her law school’s Moot Court Honors Society, where she was a finalist in many competitions. She is a member of both the Pennsylvania and Delaware County Bar Associations.
